I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling discord.Swiss tech brand Logitech, founded in 1981, has been in the business of designing mice, webcams, keyboards and other accessories for computing, music, gaming and video conferencing. When i use the webcam in discord BROWSER its clear, just not in the downloaded app. This is clearly an issue with logi either not supporting discord or discord not supporting logi as I dont have this problem with my webcam in OBS or facebook call or any other program. I also pay for nitro from discord so Im paying for HD video as well. I have another non-logi webcam and that one is clear and HD but I paid for the nice logi webcam and expect my video to come through as clear like it did all this time until recently. I am not the only one with this sudden problem as you can find a thread on reddit where people are having the exact same problem all the sudden. Considering this wasnt a problem until a recent update from discord or logi software. Regardless, I should not have to have logi capture open on my PC for discord to run my webcam in HD. But running logi capture and my webcam in discord along with other programs on my PC makes ALL applications stutter and drop. But if i close the logi capture software on my PC, the video goes back to black on discord. When I do that, Discord recognizes the logi capture camera selection and it is SUPER CLEAR AND HD AND CRISP. ![]() So then i opened the logi capture software on my computer. When selecting c922 Pro Stream Webcam, it then shows my webcam but it is FUZZY. In the discord settings for video it gives two options for a camera "c922 Pro Stream Webcam" OR "Logi Capture" When selecting Logi capture, discord acts as if i dont have a webcam. I uninstalled all the logitech software and reinstalled yet that didnt help. When I use the webcam through other programs, its clear. I frequently use my Logi C922x webcam in Discord and some time in the past few months my webcam became fuzzy looking, not as clear or HD or crisp.
